The proprietor was amazing and ensured that our stay was well-spent. The rooms were comfortable. I think the breakfast was exceptional. The presentation of the food was excellent and very delicious. A beautiful and peaceful location. the accommodation was very comfortable, cosy and clean. The gardens were like being in a mini rainforest, so peaceful and lush. Penny, the host, was so very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. it was so difficult to leave and I will certainly be back. if you are looking for a beautiful laid back place to stay in the heart of nature and yet near the beach and the other attractions Negril has to offer you will not be disappointed, probably the best place in Negril!

Run and family owned, i was made to feel welcome and part of the family. Morning/afternoon coffee/tea with the hosts was super interesting. Thoroughly recomend this hidden gem on top of a hill🙂

I loved the old school Jamaica Hospitality. The flowers in the room and the ones that come with room service. The staff really seem to enjoy working at Jamaica Inn and that comes across to the guests. The complimentary cocktail on the Beach and the High tea. The grounds are lovely and the beach area was free of seaweed.

The staff that runs the hotel is very kind and always willing to help. The hotel is really nice and quite different from what you find anywhere else.

Ocean Cliff was such a beautiful hotel. From the moment you step in, you feel like you're in paradise, it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The check-in experience was great, we received a short neck and shoulder massage and a welcome drink. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is full of tropical plants, and the pool area is really beautiful.

Featuring free WiFi, a spa centre, meandering outdoor pool and a salt water pool. The Cliff Hotel offers accommodation in Negril. The location was quiet side of Negril; but still many note worthy Cafe's and restaurants and lounges for drinking and dancing with the locals. I will recommend the Spa therapy. Massage and salon service was excellent. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. I will also recommend that visitors eat at the restaurant. Food served is delicious and masterfully displayed on white plates.
