Very welcoming staff with a refreshing cup of tea on arrival. We were given lots of useful tips on best way to see Petra. Hotel was less than 5 minutes by car to Visitor Centre where Petra site begins. In our room we had been given free snacks, soft drinks and toiletries that were replenished daily. Large, comfy, clean room and private parking. Good breakfast selection. Highly recommend.

The care and attention of the lovely family team here made it a very special stay. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in decades! They are so welcoming and made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless and the room was great - with plenty of space for me and my daughter - and also had a good bathroom. It also combines a beautiful touch in decorations with the latest in tech (TVs, wifi, keycard hotel entry, aircon, lift etc). Free snacks and drinks in the minibar was a nice touch too. Breakfast was one of the best meal experiences we had in Jordan. So many different things to taste and discover. Location was great too - very close to the main sights of Madaba and excellent restaurants. We changed our itinerary to return here for our last night before flying out of Jordan (instead of Amman).

The facility allowed us to enter the hotel earlier, which allowed us to use part of the day to tour the city and swim in the Red Sea. Everything was excellent, but here I would like to emphasize the quality and helpfulness of the hotel staff which contributed to our pleasant stay in Aqaba. Anyone who chooses this facility will not be mistaken in terms of value for money.

Due to the location, a visit to Petra is easy, as the Visitor Centre is just opposite. We will definitely come back.
