Very good location and near to Nampo Subway. Room was very well equipped and spacious for family of 4 with separate sleeping area and toilet for children. Very friendly and excellent service. Very nice complementary coffee and tea provided.

Hotel Firststay Hongdae har ett perfekt läge i området Seodaemun-gu i Seoul, 14 minuters promenad från Hongik University Station, 1,9 km från Hongik universitet och 4,1 km från Seoul station. I had a wonderful time staying at Hotel First Stay Hongdae! It’s truly underrated hotel, the rooms are very clean and spacious, super cozy lounge, good atmosphere, convenient location, and their cozy bathtubs are just what you need after touring around the city whole day. All the receptionists were very friendly and helpful, but I would like to express special thanks to Youn Sunha. She is truly incredible, super nice person, and has a very cute smile that lights up the room and makes people around her feel very comfortable. Sunha was very helpful whenever I needed help with my trip, and my whole Seoul visit got so much better and more memorable because of her! In my opinion, this hotel is definitely worth more than two stars just because of the receptionist(s) at the very least!

This hotel's unbeatable location right at the night market is a major highlight. It's incredibly convenient - one bus ride from the airport, with the stop only a 3-minute walk away. The staff were simply marvelous, accommodating us with an early check-in and assisting in arranging a taxi for our early flight. The rooms themselves were fantastic, offering comfort and style. A superb choice for travelers seeking convenience and exceptional service.

This was one of the best hotel stays we've experience. The amenities and service here even exceeds many 5 star hotels. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The daily replenishment of local snacks and breakfast delivered directly to the room were very appreciated and the room was very well equipped with a nice sound system, nespresso coffee machine, clothes steamer and air purifier. The seaview room view was amazing and absolutely worth booking.
