The staff are amazing especially Joe, Tony, Charbel, Eliane, Bernard, Mario and all the housekeeping staff. They treat you like family and provide the highest quality of service.

Set in Jounieh, 2 km from Al Raml Al Zahabi Beach, HOtello guest suites offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. very friendly and very accommodating staff no matter the query or request, bed done, towels replaced daily, room cleaned. bathroom toiletries amply provided, great help in providing transport from an to hotel. Electrical power was only disconnected for a matter of less than 2 minutes, which by itself is a great plus for Beirut which as continuous and frequent power disconnections. Ideal location to many touristic sites neaby. I would not hesitate in recommending Hotello Guest suites to all visitors, Thanks Stephanie and staff.

The hotel is located in a great location, close to all the major attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. The service at the hotel was top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rima at the reception in particular, was outstanding very friendly and welcoming! Overall we had an amazing stay, I would highly recommend it!
