Staff is young and super friendly! The restaurant is excellent. It is located in a street with low rise buildings that are all coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious! And while temperature outside was minus 25°C it was nice and warm inside!

Situated at the prime location and right next to Chinggis Square and the government house, H9 Hotel Nine Ulaanbaatar offers business class accommodation to travellers. We really appreciated the instant hot water, comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and useful mini-fridge in the room. The ensuite was a good size, with a large walk-in shower. Staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, and they were happy to store our luggage for us when we arrived early in the morning before check-in. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone. Overall, the hotel is a fantastic base to build around for a Mongolian holiday, and is well-known by the tour operators and guides for pick-up/drop off. We stayed for a couple of nights at the start of our trip to acclimatize before our tour, and then again for two nights after the tour was over to enjoy a proper bed and facilities after 12 days of camping. Would happily stay again.

Hotel's location was centric, but a bit tricky to reach since I had to walk through small streets. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable! The staff lady was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! I wish I could have stayed longer!

Super comfy bed. Didn't try any of the facilities but did go to the restaurant for dinner/ breakfast and that was pretty ordinary - but the room was great
