Bathroom was lovely, hot showers were very welcome. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The flush on the toilet was slightly damaged but no inconvenience. Jade went out of her way to help us when our car hire company did not have anything available despite our reservation, and found us a car so we were able to see the island. A saving grace for us!

I loved the staff at the frontdesk, Zelda, Rachel and Kailua. They were so helpful, friendly and just open to help the clients.
