The shower was warm and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely recommend it. The staff are very friendly, especially Edward. Ask Edward for suggestions on where to eat/dine; he will not disappoint! All in all, this was a really wonderful stay, and if I come again to Pristina, I will surely stay in the same hotel!

My colleagues and I were pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the hotel, which is modern, clean and the staff are more friendly. The hotel parking lot is nearby and easily accessible.
