It is one of the most luxurious hotels that I have ever been. The location was unique, the nature and the mountains panoramic view is breathtaking. The staff was polite and attentive, the facilities, the breakfast the restaurant just great. Also the spa area including the indoor pool fantastic.

Hotel praktycznie w centrum miasta, a jednak na uboczu. Bezpieczny parking dla samochodu. Wszystko wyglądało jak nowe, bo takie też było. Mogę tylko polecić każdemu kto szuka hotelu w tamtej okolicy.

The staff are very friendly, especially Edward. Ask Edward for suggestions on where to eat/dine; he will not disappoint! All in all, this was a really wonderful stay, and if I come again to Pristina, I will surely stay in the same hotel!
