Historic building beautifully renovated, filled with art. Spacious room with vintage furniture. Very quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Very central location. Very clean. Chocolates near the bed and living flowers in the bathroom. Had a very pleasant stay!

The room was spacious and we had a lovely view. Even though the hotel is centrally located, our room was very quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar as it had a good atmosphere. The breakfast was good but not necessary as there were loads of nice cafes around.

This unusual 4-star boutique hotel in the picturesque Old Town of Graz is only a few steps from the Cathedral. Free WiFi is available. L’emplacement était idéal. La propreté exemplaire. La personne a l’accueil a été très à l’écoute. J’avais demandé une chambre sans parfum. La chambre sentait le parfum alors nous avons été surclassés dans une suite immense et plus luxueuse sans frais additionnel.

Very comfortable apartment in best location of Graz downtown. You can reach any destination by walk, but also you have public transport just across the apartment. It is very clean and staff support is excellent.

It was extremely easy to find the apartment and the instructions were clear. I used two codes to get into the building and into the apartment. There was no key, which was a strange new experience for me, but it all worked well. The apartment was spacious and newly furbished. The kitchenette was great! Even though it was freezing outside, the heating worked well. I would recommend packing a pair of slippers though as the stone floor in the bedroom was like ice.
