It is very clean and staff support is excellent.

I used two codes to get into the building and into the apartment. There was no key, which was a strange new experience for me, but it all worked well. The apartment was spacious and newly furbished. The kitchenette was great! Even though it was freezing outside, the heating worked well. I would recommend packing a pair of slippers though as the stone floor in the bedroom was like ice.
