On our Arrival my husband and I were greeted with a beautiful complimentary Bottle of Bubbles, to celebrate our 19th year wedding anniversary as well as my husband birthday. Which we happend to be in Canberra for the very first time for our Conference business trip. We loved the service from your front desk staff. We would like to say Thank you to Jasmine and a lovely young man, who was working alongside jasmine who truly made us feel so welcomed, and delieved such top quality customer service Standards. Greeted with lovely smiles and so very helpful.

Experience that comforting familiarity of Peppers services when you indulge in premium accommodation in the nation’s capital. I got one of the larger rooms with a tub, which was brilliant. The room was on the ground floor, but not noisy at all. Breakfast was of the menu and good, albeit a little pricey. Location was great, close to ANU and the city centre. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Overall I loved my stay.

Wendy’s apartment is pretty for you to explore the city. The best location in civic, close to the mall, coach station… And the apartment is extremely cozy and clean, feel like I’m back home. And Wendy is the best host ever I met, very friendly and prepared for everything perfect. The guide she prepared is very helpful. I will definitely choose this apartment again if I would visit Canberra next time. Just hope I could stay here for longer.
