Hotel was in the center you can walk into Bascarji in a minute. The room was very clean and hot (we stayed in winter) Everything was excellent. Breakfast was good enough and the hotel workers were so good every time helped us and guided us. Lovely! Thank you for everything.

The staff were beyond helpful and welcoming. They even drove me to the airport to pick up my delayed luggage. The location was perfect, very close to everything.

The extremely friendly and kind owner Mr. Elmir welcomed us warmly, we got coffee and had a nice chat. The rooms are nice, clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, really great choice, even though there were few people in the hotel. The car was parked somewhere a short distance from the hotel where the staff took it. The hotel is very close to downtown, literally a few blocks away. Moreover, Mr Elmir gave us great advice on what to see and what to visit. Mr. Elmir, it was an honor to meet you, thank you for your wonderful service and we hope we were not the last time with you!!!

We loved the breakfast buffet mixed with a la carte choices. We felt immediately comfortable at our arrival. We were treated like family and the staff was always ready to help us with anything. The bathroom is really spacious, beds comfortable en you even get a nice personal welcome card when you arrive in the room. The hotel bar looks very nice and you can have some nice small dishes there too, next to the official restaurant.

The location was great! I definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms were lovely, and Hamam access was a nice bonus.
