We stayed in several hotels during our last visit to Brazil and our stay at your hotel was the best experience among the others because of your staff. Particularly, Robert Oliveira Pereira da Costa and Denilson. They were professional and friendly. I also witnessed how bad some customers are. These group of ladies showed up with a reservation for two women but four showed up. They spoke badly about the rate and the hotel without even trying. Robert asked to see her identification and she gave him an ear full then I stepped in and said: “without identification you are putting us all in danger. Unless, you have problems or is trying to intimidate the attendant. Regardless, if you don’t show identification I will call the police.” She looked at me like I was crazy and I told her to be at least courteous because money talks but better customers can pay and don’t create unnecessary drama, intimidating a worker doing his job. We liked our stay because of your staff, the value is fair according to the amenities and thank you kindly.
