Ideally situated in the Barra district of Salvador, Pousada Maria Maria is situated 500 metres from Praia do Farol da Barra, less than 1 km from Porto da Barra and 2.4 km from Praia de Ondina. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, and put so much effort into making it a nice place to stay. We had a minor medical issue and they went above and beyond to provide assistance and advice. Lovely breakfast and nice opportunity to chat to other guests. Beautiful building with lots of natural light.
