Located in the Fallsview district, this Niagara Falls property provides free WiFi. A year-round heated indoor pool is also available. Fallsview Casino is 7 minutes’ walk away. The hotel was very clean and in close distance to attractions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Chriscia at the front desk was lovely and very accommodating. My husband and I decided to extend our trip and had to change rooms. Chriscia offered out a late check to wait for our new room but also had our new room ready long before check out and allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated this as we didn't want to wait from 11am-3pm to our new room. The front desk also assisted us with getting a tour. The tour picks up at the hotel and takes you to attractions in the falls. It was WONDERFUL, George our guide was Magnificent and very knowledgeable about the area.
