The lady in the reception and the 2 people who worked at the Bar when I watched the soccer EM game Germany against Denmark were just awesome and had a nice chat with them. It was a pleasure to deal with her. Dinner special was very good. Overall a pleasant experience. Check in and out very efficient

The Hotel was fabulous and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely restaurant with delicious food, parking was good with elevator into Hotel from parking lot. Location was perfect for walking to all the attractions, very central. All in all a great visit to Ottawa and a great Hotel.
