This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless. Thank you for everything!!

Stay KooooK Bern City - NEW OPENING is situated in the heart of Bern, 5 minutes on foot from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the Bärenplatz Square, the Zytgloggeturm clock tower and the... We loved this new type of accommodation! The common area is decorated with great taste, very large and has a view of the platz. There are many offerings and you can use the kitchen, it feels like having a home right in the center. In fact we enjoyed our dinner there rather than outside Online check in was incredibly smooth and clear. There is always someone from the staff (all very polite!) around in the common area that it adds to your good mood when you are there Thank you!
