This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. Central location, easy to get anywhere on foot. Excellent room service, even drinks brought up to our room. Pet friendly hotel, close by to a park for morning/evening relief. Friendly staff (especially Aristotelis, who is the nicest person we have ever met). Room cleaning twice a day, we certainly did not expect that. Valet parking, they took care of our bags and car needs. Actually nice food, hotels aren't this good usually.

Located in the centre of Bern, 500 metres from Bern railway station, Akomo Bern provides air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. They were excellent; offered me earlier Chech in at 10am at very short notice without any extra charges. They genuinely caring about the customes & their customer service was excellent; one of a few time this kind of real customer service I experienced in my many years of traveling

Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel Bären am Bundesplatz is only a 2-minute walk from the Federal Palace and a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The hotels were nice. Clean too and the reception staff were very understanding and respectful and the restaurant was also clean and nice and everything in it was clean and new too.

Just a 5-minute walk from Bern Main Station, Best Western Plus Hotel Bern is situated in the centre of the Swiss capital, between the French Church and the Zytglogge Tower. - Nice location, the hotel location is very close to old town of bern. Near famous location of Zytglogge, bear pit etc. - Decoration of room is very nice, comfortable bed and all utilities in bathroom

Stay KooooK Bern City - NEW OPENING is situated in the heart of Bern, 5 minutes on foot from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the Bärenplatz Square, the Zytgloggeturm clock tower and the... This place is pretty cool but some things to know before you stay that help. This place has a self service check in. So you need to do this online before you get to the property. You then get access to the room and front door via your phone which is really handy. Level one has a hotel assistant all who are super friendly and helpful and basically there from the time you’re up to when you go to sleep. There are really comfortable communal lounging areas where you can relax with friends and family. There is a large shared kitchen and dinning area with complementary coffee fruits and people just come down and have dinner and chill all together it’s really nice but kept super clean and organised by the assistance. They also have FREE washing machine and dryer which when travelling around is so handy. At first I wasn’t sure about this place but it was great and would love to find more places like this.
