Matatagpuan sa Huaqiang North Business District, nagtatampok ang Huaqiang Plaza Hotel ng kumportableng accommodation na may libreng WiFi. The location was central and very convenient. The metro station is downstairs about 30m from the hotel. Many shops and eateries on all sides. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped us. The view from our rooms is also great. Breakfast was fine because there was both oriental and western food available. That is why we booked 3 times at this hotel. The 2nd time we came back from Hong Kong and we were helped by Hanna. We arrived early and left our suitcases to go eat and shop. She was very attentive and sent a message as soon as our rooms were ready. She was also attentive to send a message when it was time for the afternoon tea or night snack. She did her best to make us as comfortable as possible. The third time we came back from Guangzhou and then we were helped by two lovely ladies named Winnie and Joye Zhu. If I go to Shenzhen again, I will definitely book at this hotel again.

Nag-aalok ng outdoor pool at indoor pool ang Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen na nasa tapat mismo ng Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. The location is very convenient and the bed was comfortable.

Situated in the heart of Futian, Shenzhen’s commercial and retail hub, The Langham, Shenzhen conveys time-honoured traditions and luxury in the modern city. The room was super spacious, the beds are very comfortable. We had a great view from our room and we were placed on the top floor. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone!

Set in Shenzhen and within 1.3 km of Shenzhen Stadium, True Go Hotel - Shenzhen Futian Huaqiang North has a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Very nice rooms. Super friendly staff. Grest location close to metro station Bagualing. We loved it! 3 rooms for almost a week. Want to come back!

The five-star Shenzhenair International Hotel (Shenzhen Shenhang Guojijiudian) is located within walking distance of the Chegongmiao Metro Station. Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.

The property is clean and at great and convenient location. Staffs are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ryssin Summer at front desk who provided great services during our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff and is willing to offer extra help. This was my n time staying in this hotel in recent years. Do not bother to change.

Centrally located in Futian District, The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen offers luxurious accommodation with free internet and free parking. The quality of the staff was outstanding. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Two of them who attended to us personally were particularly impressive - Mr. Jack Lian of the concierge and Miss Fairy Chen of the Western restaurant on the 2nd floor. The former gave useful information of Shenzhen and tirelessly escorted us all the way to the subway after we checked out while the latter met our request outside, we believe, her purview of work in that she went somewhere away from the restaurant to fetch us something that was not readily available thereat. It was our sincere heartfelt gratitude for their exemplary service that far exceeded our expectations. We have to congratulate the hotel management of boasting staff of such exceptional quality. This also explains why the hotel holds such high reputation.
