They even surprised me with a slice of cake to celebrate my birthday. Amazing location also with a lot of restaurants, bars and stores around it.

It has been many years since I visited Cartagena, this hotel met my expectations. The building, its restaurants, the pool, the spa, etc. are what a guest wants to find on their vacation. The staff that works from the guys at the front desk to the laundry guys, bellboys and the Security Director were incredibly friendly, always helping and everyone is very Professional. The unique taxi and transportation service. In general we have a nice memory of Cartagena thanks to the Hotel Estelar, Bocagrande.

Very close to the beach and shops. Very easy to get cabs and a big, cheap supermarket across the street. The staff were super polite and helpful. Also saved us some money on cabs. The place was super clean. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was good. You could choose between options and the cook prepares. Can warmly recommend everything about the place! It’s luxurious and in great condition and we enjoyed our stay.

I booked for two nights and stayed 10 days. Perfect accomodations with the perfect location it's a 2 minute walk away from the beach. There's an awesome McDonald's and frisbys restaurants directly across the street.Its a Great value hotel with a super nice staff. I would absolutely recommend these accomodations to anything visiting bocagrande
