It was very nice and quiet. Soundproofing was excellent. Very responsive and attentive staff. The location is good, close to Bergpark. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Free private parking on site. We always found a place for our car.

One of the rooms was forgotten in the booking process, but they gave us what was available, which was a huge suite with an amazing window and private entrance. 2. I left my wallet in the safe, and they found it, I came back to get it and they gave us the wallet in a sealed bag, you can tell their handling of items is very secure. 3. Breakfast was huge and they make the finest and thinnest omelettes that I didn't know were possible. 4. Shuttle bus right in front of hotel, so unbelievably convenient. 5. Family loved it and kept saying this was the best place out of our entire Germany roadtrip.

This hotel lies just a 10-minute car journey from Kassel’s centre, only a 20-minute walk from Schloss Wilhelmshöhe castle and its extensive parkland, home to the impressive Hercules monument. Breakfast is excellent, the best we got in Germany. The restaurant is not as good as it used to be.
