Small room, but we felt very comfortable. It was very nice and quiet. Soundproofing was excellent. Very responsive and attentive staff. The location is good, close to Bergpark. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Free private parking on site. We always found a place for our car.

You are close to nature at this hotel. Loved being away from the city yet driving distance to the city. I felt very relaxed and the staff are very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Enjoying a unique location in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, this 4-star Superior hotel offers great views of Kassel. Schlosshotel Kassel also has a luxury spa. 1. We booked two rooms. One of the rooms was forgotten in the booking process, but they gave us what was available, which was a huge suite with an amazing window and private entrance. 2. I left my wallet in the safe, and they found it, I came back to get it and they gave us the wallet in a sealed bag, you can tell their handling of items is very secure. 3. Breakfast was huge and they make the finest and thinnest omelettes that I didn't know were possible. 4. Shuttle bus right in front of hotel, so unbelievably convenient. 5. Family loved it and kept saying this was the best place out of our entire Germany roadtrip.

This hotel lies just a 10-minute car journey from Kassel’s centre, only a 20-minute walk from Schloss Wilhelmshöhe castle and its extensive parkland, home to the impressive Hercules monument. Breakfast is excellent, the best we got in Germany. The restaurant is not as good as it used to be.

Loved how it was just down the street from Bergpark! It was an easy team ride to the Christmas Market Square! It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!
