Situated a 3-minute walk from the main railway station and tram services, this hotel in the heart of Kassel offers spacious rooms with a free bottle of mineral water. Reasonably priced and well located, parking on site for <5 euros. Walkable to downtown including Xmas market. Staff was helpful with recommendations including amazing Hercules monument, castle and art gallery. Visit to those is well worth the stop!

The family-run Hotel am Rathaus is located in the heart of downtown Kassel, making it ideal for exploring all the attractions. Business travelers benefit from the tram stop right outside the door. About 3 minute walk to the train station. It's definitely a clean and great location. The room was cozy and perfect for one person!

Excellent location -- walkable to the city centre. The room was perfect for a single person. The breakfast was very nice and affordable. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
