This is a great apartment that has everything you need. The private outdoor terrace was a perfect place to relax and the pool area was immaculate. It is situated in a quiet residential area, with Aldi and a shopping centre about 10 mins walk away. It is a 30 minute walk to the beach and restaurants of Melanoras centre. There is a bus stop outside the compound.

We enjoyed our stay, house is spacious and clean. We also used the pool. I recommend this accomodation, location is perfect and you will get an access to a private parking space. That was a huge benefit as the area is pretty overcrowded with cars. Good value for money 😉

The bungalow is clean, has everything you need, and is extremely comfortable, which is rare in Maspalomas. Parking is just outside, which facilitates grocery. Barbara, who welcomed me, was also lovely. Perfect place to relax for one or a couple of weeks.
