The hotel is located outside the old city and so is a little easier to drive to. It is in a great location for walking to all the major sights in the town. The staff helped us park in the hotel garage which is off the street behind the hotel. This place is expensive but worth splurging on. It has a very luxurious feel and there are nice touches everywhere. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on ice in our room when we checked in and complimentary bottles of water in our room and around the hotel. Our room was refreshed twice a day with little gifts of chocolates appearing each time. When we checked out we were given a bag of water and chocolates for our trip. Our room was large and comfortable with a king sized bed. The bathroom had two sinks, a bath, and a shower.

The staff is super kind and helpful. The facilities are impeccable. The food that they serve is scrumptious. The hotel is in a privileged location, very close to La plaza mayor and catedral and other places of interest.
