The hotel is unique and very beautiful, a large room with a coffee machine and a refrigerator with cold drinks of water and juices that are given every day free of charge. large bath. The location of the hotel is fantastic, a few minutes' walk to all the Christmas markets in the city of Strasbourg. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful in everything and all the staff without exception were always smiling and patient. Good breakfast and the food in the bar was simply excellent.

This 4-star hotel is set in a renovated 16th-century building in central Strasbourg. It offers a courtyard, free WiFi and air-conditioned guest rooms with Louis XV-inspired furniture and satellite TV.... Excellent and warm service from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. We could not find our way to the hotel (the hotel did send us very specific instructions before hand) but we didn’t take note of it - really our fault not the hotel. They were very helpful in resolving the issue and had no problem the following day. I would like to thank Sebastián for all his assistance as well as for the other front desk staff. Great restaurant recommendations too. 😃 We highly recommend this hotel!

Ideally situated in the city centre of Strasbourg, opposite the cathedral and next to the historic district of La Petite France, the Hotel Gutenberg has free Wi-Fi access in public areas. Room was large with good space and king size bed with clean sheet. The room equipe with modern temperature control (easy/friendly usage). The bathroom was nicely decorated with good toiletries. Small fridge and coffee machine are a plus.
