Set in Chester, 1.9 km from Chester Racecourse, Hotel Indigo - Chester offers air-conditioned accommodation and a bar. The room was lovely and the location is great but it’s the staff who really make this hotel. All of them were so friendly and helpful especially the team who served us breakfast on the 3 days we were there.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, modern and centrally located (next the the Grosvenor Mall to the walk to the main shopping street of Chester). We would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in Chester. The train station was only 10 minutes away by taxi. We walked everywhere in Chester. Our bedroom was upgraded to a larger room with a double bed and single bed, and a large bathroom with a bath. It was perfect! The restaurant served a delicious breakfast which was included in our stay. The hotel had complimentary water with fruits in the reception area. Reception staff were very accommodating, booking taxis and storing our luggage until check in. We enjoyed the air-conditioning in our rooms, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were quiet. (not much view outside)

This 19th-century coaching inn is located in the heart of Chester city centre. There is a 4-star award-winning restaurant downstairs and 8 rooms above. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The location was fantastic.
