Hotel Villa Diana

Hotel Villa Diana is a small family-run hotel situated in the centre of Split, vis-à-vis 'Koteks skyscraper’ towards Split's ferry port. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the town in one direction and 10 minutes from the beach the other way. Villa Diana is a wonderful oasis in a very busy town. It even has a very green front garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would stay again in a heartbeat. The room we had was on the front of the hotel, and was a good size, as was the bathroom. Great air con. The windows were double glazed and kept the traffic noise out. There was plenty of storage and the bed was comfortable. The hotel supplied drinking water on tap next to the reception and towels were also readily available for residents to use on the beach. This was a nice touch. The proprietor Mate and the team couldn’t do enough to assist us, from taking our bags up to our room, giving us tips on where to visit and really nice guys to chat with. The on-site restaurant had a great selection of food at reasonable prices, we ate there one night and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast is a reasonable selection of hot and cold. Parking is a nightmare in Split. We paid the hotel 20euros a night to allocated parking 2 minutes walk away. This must arranged before you arrive, it is worth every penny believe me! This is real gem of a hotel!

Well located in the Split City Centre district of Split, Camera Hotel is located 1.8 km from Jezinac Beach, 1.9 km from Obojena Svjetlost and 2.7 km from Trstenik. the staff was really nice and kind. The breakfast was amazing and they bought us gluten free things since one of us cannot eat gluten. The room was perfect, also the location really in the centre of split.
