Located in historic Old Town Zadar, Almayer Art & Heritage Adults Only Hotel and Dépendance rooms is an - Adults Only - property that offers an on-site bar and restaurant. We loved our stay at the Almayer Art & Heritage Dependance - the room was very comfortable. Its design and layout were very modern and well-designed. We also liked the art pieces displayed at the hotel. The breakfast area was great: one could opt to stay inside or outside in the garden area. The staff were super gentle and friendly. One should try the hotel's restaurant: their dishes were refined and delicious. The location of the hotel is just right as it's walking distance from the main centre of Zadar.

We enjoyed the apartment, it was clean, comfortable, very centrally located, just a few steps from the promenade and right in the middle of old town, plus it had everything we needed. Additionally, there was a convenience store nearby, and food & drinks options all around. It was definitely good value.

Very convenient, located right at the market in the heart of Zadar. Beautifully renovated, it was great for a one night stay. The check in/out is done with a code (not in person) so for me that was great because I arrived at 1.30 AM due to the delayed flight. There was also a coffee machine and tea.
