The is a brand new hotel, still finishing touches is happening however it doesn’t take way the great potential this hotel has. Modern, super clean, comfy room, complimentary bottles of water in your room, WiFi, lovely breakfast and fantastic air con in the room. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. I was impressed by the efficient check- in and check out process of the hotel and completely felt safe. Fantastic location close to the beach 10 minutes in a grab and some amazing restaurants. What truly won me over was the exceptional customer service I received from Aiko, so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and the willingness to go the extra mile. Definitely an asset to Anaya hotel. Also massive shout to Rama and Tuardan who cleaned the room and left beautiful designs made from the towels! Gede also had great customer service providing a friendly and warm experience. There were other staff who names I didn’t know who also provided great service. I extended my stay twice as I enjoy the location! The hotel doesn’t sell any alcohol however I believe this will change in the future. I will be back in the near future.
