Everything. The BEST hotel we have ever had from more then 40 hotels, in 17 different countries, including a lot of: German, French, Hungarian, Italian and Japanese hotels. In details: - Staff: always in good mood, very helpful, perfect English speaking, have a solution for evrything. Also what we really liked is they watch over for you. We had a trustable day driver, but they always checked the driver, the car and 1 or 2 times I may even saw they wrote down the car plate, but I am not sure. However I am sure if something would happen, they would start to search for us, which is calming. - Cleanliness: always shining, if required, then they clean the room daily. (They check the signs SEVERAL times a day, so you get the cleaning in a few hours). The common areas are continuously cleaned. - Room equipments: everything you need and more if asked. Mini fridge, water heater, hair dryer, vanity kit... - Comfortability: really big and comfortable bed. The room has enough space for 2 big and 2 small luggages, a lot of clothes and to comfortably walk between them. - Restaurant: CLEAN! As Europeans we were afraid of Bali belly. No need to be afraid of anything here! We tried the whole menu through 10 days, because it was so good we didn't want to go elsewhere. Had no problem at all (and my wife has a really weak stomach, but even she had no problem with the food). The food is really very tasty. - Location: now this is a little tricky. Canggu is a crowded area, however the hotel is on the edge. So you will experience trafic jams, but this is true for all the other parts of middle and south Bali. However the hotel is very close to a beutiful beach, 5~7 min by walk. Because of this on the rest days, it is very easy to just walk down to the beach and enjoy the waves and the view, go back to lunch and back to the beach.

We loved the stunning architecture that blended timeless charm and elegance with modern facilities and ultimate comfort and also a homey feeling. The highlight was the seemingly endless pool that stretched across the landscape. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like cherished guests from the very start. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly elevated our experience. Special thanks to Kadek at the reception and to the restaurant team! It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to ensuring every aspect of your stay is absolutely perfect. I also had a massage at their spa which was the best I had during my stay in Bali and at a lower price than other resorts of this quality and price. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, pampering stay in the lively Canggu!!!

We loved everything about this new boutique hotel. The design and architecture, which elegantly blend Balinese tradition, are fabulous. As regular visitors to Bali, we can say that Plawa Laguna Bali is truly unique. The attention to detail, the staff, the living-dining area, and the kitchen are exceptional. The pool is stunning. A property this close to the sea (100m) in Pererenan is simply perfect. We will definitely come back and stay much longer next time. Thank you!

We love it here. This is our 3rd time staying here. It is so chilled. The garden and pool area are a hidden gem. Tranquil. Room is huge and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Perfect location.
