The food and beverage manager was wonderful. Felt like home when he chatted. In addition, the receptionists were friendly, well groomed, and presentable. I loved the fact that they were very coordinative and proactive at the highest order. The waiter Ashmith was very helpful in the evening. He is one gem of a person. In addition, Faisal, our breakfast server, was really good with his service, too. Kudos to the waiters, too. Overall the staff was excellent. Would recommend people to house themselves here if they want a complete Calcutta experience.

Centrally located in Kolkata’s business district, Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata offers a blend of modern and colonial architecture. Breakfast was really great each morning. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were simple but very comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. The location was perfect for visiting many sites. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Best thing about the hotel is their staff they were welcoming and always very responsive towards their guests. And it was a very comfortable stay with a very affordable price.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. It seems that they were empowered to make decisions that were in the guests best interest on their own at the time required. No red tape. The food was also exceptional! Even arriving right on closing time at the restaurant after a big day of travel with two sleeping kids, they did not hesitate to serve us and ensure we were well fed and watered before going to bed ourselves (AND first time ever offered to carry my sleeping child up the stairs to the room - so very helpful, always with a smile and can do attitude). The staff actually anticipated our needs and made helpful suggestions each day. What a difference! THANK YOU!
