The property is in an excellent location and has been well maintained. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, such as helping us organise a taxi when we checked-out. They included other small, thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. We had an excellent room (King Suite with Balcony) which was spacious and an excellent place to relax. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay.

This was the perfect night's accommodation in the heart of White Town - the hotel is in a gorgeous old building and has a real luxurious feel to it. A swim on the rooftop before the excellent breakfast, offering Western Continental and Indian options, was an ideal way to start our day in Puducherry. The room was clean, cool, and spacious with impeccable facilities. The real gem of this hotel is the staff, who were exceptionally accommodating, helping us organise a taxi to our next stay and keeping our luggage on the day we checked out - they are a credit to the establishment and really made our trip! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to experience White Town at its best.
