The hotel staff was very helpful. I would recommend anybody to stay here. They also have a fabulous restaurant and swimming pool.

Located in Bolzano’s main square Piazza Walther, Stadt Hotel Città is a 5-minute walk from the Ötzi Museum. It offers free Wi-Fi. Each room at Stadt Hotel has wooden furniture and floors. I really like the hotel, rooms were very clean and comfy, breakfast was really great, parking right underneath the hotel was a plus (although you have to pay extra), really helpful staff, central place.
