It was one of the most pleasant hotels we have ever stayed. very helpful and kind staff. Very good breakfast although it was not buffet but you could get anything you wanted. Very clean rooms. Wide range of toiletries. Amazing view to the river and most importantly very good air conditioning in the rooms. I would say it was the best part of our trip to Florence. Just a few minutes walk to anywhere. There was a taxi strike but it took only 10 minutes walk to train station. Highly recommended.

Ideally set in the Uffizi district of Florence, Hotel Davanzati is set 600 metres from Santa Maria Novella, 200 metres from Strozzi Palace and less than 1 km from Pitti Palace. We can’t speak highly enough of Leonardo and the rest of the team. So welcoming, so friendly, and lovely touches like the Happy Hour and helping with our nightmare heavy luggage up the 26 steps. Brilliant location great breakfast - we really can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We will be back.

Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Wonderful and delicious breakfast with variety to choose from, room was extremely clean and bed was very comfy. Spa facilities were very nice and maintained. Staff was extremely friendly. Overall, hotel was pristine. Would definitely stay there again!
