Staff from reception were absolutely fantastic helping us whenever we needed. Friendly and went beyond expectations! We loved the bikes too! Lucca was amazing to see with the bikes.

The property was clean and the owner and administrator were extremely helpful. The helped with setting up and bed and sheets for my daughter when she unexpected came to visit me. They also found a bag we left behind and returned it to us. The landlord, Paolo, and his team were helpful, warm and friendly. They really helped make my 3 week stay in Lucca a good one.
