Omar at the front desk was what made this stay so fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and brought us a glass of complimentary prossecco to have on the rooftop once we settled in. He gave us great recommendations and made sure we had an awesome time. We were so appreciative and really he thinks he made this place so great. Thank you Omar.

Offering a free gym with sauna, Hotel Diocleziano is opposite Termini Train Station and next to the Terme di Diocleziano ancient Roman baths. Its elegant rooms feature a free Wi-Fi and a paid mini... It was our first time in Rome. It's best hotel we were chosen by reviews. Location is amazing. Breakfast is so tasty, especially cappuccino and bakery. Rooms was always clean, tea and coffee, soap etc were always replenished. Housekeeping ladies are superheroes! Lorenzo is best of the best, such a positive, working fast, helpful and always available. In all, his recommendations are very useful, timely and beneficial. If we are lucky enough to return to Rome, we will definitely stay in this hotel!

The staff are so friendly and so welcoming! We even got a free upgrade of our room with a balcony and it made our vacation in Rome so much better! They even adviced us what to do and so on. Loved the place, Location was the best! Everything is just a 5-10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again! and would recommend anyone to stay here! Trust me and close your eyes and book! You can't go wrong with this hotel! Special thanks to the Grandpa at the Breakfast. He made breakfast so entertaining everyday!

Hotell donna Francesca asub Rooma pearaudteejaama piirkonnas, Santa Maria Maggiore basiilikast 1,1 km, Piazza Barberinist ja Quirinali mäest 700 meetri kaugusel. An excellent stay at Hotel Donna Francesca! The staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, super well-equipped (even an iron and ironing board in the cupboard) and the location was absolutely brilliant. Super close to the sights and good restaurants. The breakfast was also a great treat, with lots of options and even an opportunity to request non-dairy products like almond milk. I could recommend this hotel enough.

The property was conveniently located, the room was clean and comfortable. Henry kindly provided an upgraded room (for our anniversary) which was greatly appreciated. The benefit of a lift was great as it was very hot and helped reduce the effort with our luggage.
