This was a very positive experience. The room (end of the corridor) was plenty big enough for the two of us, allowing us to pack the three suitcases we had before sending them to the airport. Laundry facilities were clever, as you could see on your TV when a machine was available. Cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful - one day we asked for extra water as we were thirsty, and the lady remembered the following day as well. Reception team were professional but still friendly - you always get a better vibe in Tohoku in comparison to Kanto, in my opinion. Also, there was a microwave available near our room, which enabled us to cook proper meals when we weren't eating out. The bathroom was really nice, too - unusually spacious.

Super clean, right next to train station, metro and the main shopping district, helpful friendly staff, lots of amenities. Luggage storage is available. It is definitely worth for the cost.

The room was spotless, so it was really clean. The natural Hot Spring and also the sauna both were a dream and fortunately it was never completely full, after a long walk through the Sendai Region it was quite a relieve and in the evening (in a specific timeframe) you can even enjoy a free ramen :) And also, the staff was really friendly and helped if you needed something or had a Question and a advantage is also the location, cause it's not far from the train station :D

The breakfast buffet was amazing and even down to the convenient parking since it was in such a busy area. Location was also great since it was in walking distance to everything.
