Hotel Kazaguruma (Kazeya Group) Nakao nalazi se u Takajami i nudi spa centar i termalnu kupku. Besplatan WiFi dostupan je u svim prostorijama. A gem of a place, quite remote but worth the trip. Staff were helpful and friendly. Spacious and comfy rooms with amazing private onsen, perfect for after a hike.

Getting tickets to Hirayu no Mori onsen was amazing. The staff was very nice and kindly let us sit in the common area until check in. They also held luggage for us, which I appreciate very much. The onsen itself in the hotel was also very great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Located in Okuhida Onsen Village among the Japanese Alps, Hodakaso Yamano Hotel features 7 public hot-spring baths and a fireplace lounge. Rooms offer beautiful mountain views and a private bathroom. Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. It is an experience we will treasure forever. The staff was so lovely, friendly and helpful. The traditional baths and the outdoor hot springs overlooking the mountains and a rushing river - everything we ever dreamed of! Spacious room for a family of five. Super clean. The tasting menu evening and breakfast were just such an amazing japanese experience. The staff so helpful explaining to us what they served - and how to eat it 😁. We loved it!!!

Situated in a tranquil area in Gifu Region, a 52-minute drive away from JR Takayama Station, Mozumo boasts a hot-spring bath and rooms decorated with modern Japanese interior. Incredible service, food, location, ambience - everything was perfect and an absolute highlight of our 3 week Japan trip.

Nestled between untouched nature in the tranquil Northern Alps area, Hidaji offers spacious Japanese-style accommodation with traditional architecture. Having a private onsen in the room is great, but I wasn’t expecting the food to be the true highlight of the experience! Both breakfast & dinner were superb, cooked with local ingredients using local recipes; Hoba Miso entering my top 10 of fav Japanese dishes.

Amazing bang for buck experience. The remote location is perfect to enjoy a quiet stay in the mountains. Our hosts were absolutely amazing, kind, speaking well English and of precious help. Our room was spacious and cosy, the beds were super confortable. The Onsen was amazing also. If you want to enjoy the complete ryokan experience, be sure to reserve the traditional meal before check-in as it's made on demand the same day with locals products (about 7000¥-8000¥ per person). It really worth it ! A complete Breakfast is included which is really a big + !

The food was incredible. We loved the private baths. My favorite part was the beautiful property and the surroundings! Also, I had a last minute dietary restriction and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating! Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful and restful

Nestled in the tranquil Hida Mountains, Miyama Ouan Kyoritsu Resort offers traditional accommodation featuring hot spring baths and nature views. This is the best hotel we have stayed at!! We loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped us with our bags and showed us to our room. The restaurant staff were also fantastic. Our room was beautiful and peaceful. The private bath was like nothing I have seen before. So cool! Overlooking the quiet forest. The beds were comfortable, cozy and the sliding doors hardly let any light in. The womens public outdoor bath is exactly like the pictures, overlooking trees with an amazing red autumn colour tree at the front. It was just so beautiful. There is also a sauna and cold plunge in the women's bath as well as ice cold water to drink after the hot bath. I even had the public bath to myself on the second day which was so cool! The hotel provides great amenities in the lobby and the room. Water, local sweets and shampoo/ soap in the room as well as additional toiletries as you check in. At night there are local snacks, ice water and sake in the lobby. In the lounge they had beer, wine and local apple juice at night. Tea and coffee available in the daytime. There was also ice lollies and milk for after the public bath. The outdoor private baths which are on a first come first served basis were also beautiful. We were able to use them often on our stay which I was glad about as I initially worried they would be too busy. They open til late too. The outdoor deck has a fire pit at night overlooking the trees it was so peaceful. We had the hida beef at dinner which we cooked ourselves on the grill, a great experience. It may be better to book this hotel direct as we didn't realise we hadn't booked breakfast and dinner. Luckily they had space for us when we checked in. There is a free shuttle from the bus station although it is a short walk if you don't have heavy bags. We did so called them via pay phone upon arrival and they were there within 5mins.
