Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.

Facing the beachfront, Iberostar Waves Quetzal offers 5-star accommodation in Playa del Carmen and has a garden, restaurant and bar. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very attentive. Great variety of food. Our favourite part was the gardens with the animals around.

The set up,cleanliness,vicinity.Alfonso Ortiz went beyond to help us with our stay .The dining room staff were very polite ,kind and are all nice .They work so hard but always have a genuine smile on their faces.

From beginning to end our stay was wonderful. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was very friendly. We especially found "Victor" who took us to our room on the first night, to be helpful and was there for us through out our trip.
