Facing the beachfront, Iberostar Waves Quetzal offers 5-star accommodation in Playa del Carmen and has a garden, restaurant and bar. I liked everything. Only issue was dinner. Some nights some restaurants were closed which made finding one that could accommodate you difficult. Some seemed short staffed.

From beginning to end our stay was wonderful. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was very friendly. We especially found "Victor" who took us to our room on the first night, to be helpful and was there for us through out our trip.

Personale gentile, premuroso, sempre sorridente. Stanze pulite, wifi buonissimo fino alla spiaggia. Ristorante buffet con scelte diverse tutti i giorni, buona anche la pasta! Ristoranti alla carta ottimi e molto piacevoli. Questi vanno prenotati ma ne vale la pena.
