Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.

Nastanitev Iberostar Waves Tucán s 5 zvezdicami se nahaja ob morju v Playa del Carmen in ponuja vrt, teraso ter bar. I loved that this place did not seem busy. Always spots on the beach and around the pool to sit anytime of day. The staff were great! Will come back for sure

Nastanitev Iberostar Waves Quetzal je ob obali v Playa del Carmen, 5 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Playacar, in ponuja bar. I liked everything. Only issue was dinner. Some nights some restaurants were closed which made finding one that could accommodate you difficult. Some seemed short staffed.

The set up,cleanliness,vicinity.Alfonso Ortiz went beyond to help us with our stay .The dining room staff were very polite ,kind and are all nice .They work so hard but always have a genuine smile on their faces.

The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was very friendly. We especially found "Victor" who took us to our room on the first night, to be helpful and was there for us through out our trip.
