The location could not be better, you are right in the centre of the city. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating, our room was huge and clean, beds were very comfortable. We booked parking as well and it's just around the corner and the description sent via email was perfect, with photos and exact details. Will be back.

The staff were very communicative and helpful, I requested early check in and they confirmed promptly on the day that the room was available. It really helped me plan my day in the city and I was extra lucky that the room was ready early!

I loved the charm of the rooms, quality and cleanliness of the bathrooms. I also appreciated the staff at the Boutique Sint Jacob. We opted not to have our rooms cleaned as we only stayed for a night and the following day/night, so the staff we met was in the kitchen. We didn't choose the breakfast option, but we did meet them when making inquiries. The two individuals we met, were very welcoming, and helpful.
