We were able to book tours through them which was very convenient. They were also very facilitatory and very patient in answering all questions via WhatsApp.

It really looks like the pictures they posted. I was very positively surprised, it had everything we needed: bid window in the room, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was fine, cold and warm water in the shower and the towels were soft and had a good smell. Breakfast was also delicious: Avocado, bread, olives, eggs, juice, coffee, cheese, marmalade and butter. Breakfast is held in another location (I found it strange at first) you have to walk maybe 3-5 minutes to get there but it's worth it! We could pay by card without the typical 5% more.

Boasting a garden, a year-round outdoor pool and pool views, Ecocamp Huacachina is situated in Ica. We had a very comfortable stay here. They accommodated an early check-in, gave us extra soap, and secured a taxi for us early the next morning (we had to leave at 5 am to catch a bus back to Lima). That morning we were running late and they even knocked on our tent to ensure we were awake and able to make it to the bus station in time. The shared showers had hot water. When we arrived we missed the free breakfast but the breakfast we purchased was delicious and cheap. The shared kitchen was also convenient.
