The room was excellent and comfortable. The food was excellent. The kitchen and service staff in the Restaurant were a stand out and simply amazing. We met the Restaurant Manager and congratulated him for having such an efficient team.

The location is close to Gleneagles Hospital, only a few minutes distant walk. It was very convenient for us because our travel purpose was for medical concerns.

The Valley wing was absolutely exceptional experience. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful- Best chorizo poached eggs I've ever had. They were also very accommodating with a baby. The staff was super nice.

I have stayed many times at the formerly named Elizabeth Hotel and I was pleasantly surprised at the revamped hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms, comfy mattress and pillows, everything brand spanking new. Only 5-6 minutes walking time to Orchard Road and the nearest subway station.
