Set 17 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, Dar Ben Gacem Kahia offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. I liked the premises of this accommodation (a former palace with collection of artworks) and the location of the accommodation in the beautiful medina of Tunisia's capital city Tunis - in the evening / sunset hours I liked the view from the rooftop terrace - The staff is really friendly and hospitable - My room was big and clean and well equipped - They offered to book me a reliable transfer to the airport (slightly on the expensive side) to be safe to be at the airport in time for check-in

Boasting a shared lounge and views of quiet street, El Patio Courtyard House is a guest house set in a historic building in Tunis, 17 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum. The location in the medina is great, close to everything. The house is lovely and comes with a generous breakfast and afternoon tea if you wish. Ahmed was a very helpful and charming host. I highly recommend it, although there is neither a patio or courtyard!

Located in the Medina of Tunis, 12 km from Tunis-Carthage international airport, Dar Ben Gacem is a traditional-style accommodation which offers free Wi-Fi access and a terrace overlooking the city. The location was great, easy to get to the mosque and souks on foot. It was also easy enough to order taxis (Bolt) for further spots. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
