The Filipino staff assigned at the reception was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. It was a superb stay. Will definitely book again in the future

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly & amazing. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. We originally booked the hotel for two nights. We were having just a great time that we booked another night.

This pet-friendly Baltimore hotel is located 10 minutes’ walk from the Inner Harbor and features an on-site restaurant and bar. The Baltimore Convention Center is 5 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is beautiful and the 3rd time I have stayed there. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

This modern and contemporary hotel is centrally located in the heart of Baltimore, just 100 metres from the Inner Harbor. Facilities include WiFi access. The girl at the front desk was more than excellent. On the day we had to go to the port she called two taxi companies for us. When the taxis did not show she called an uber using her own personal account and came out to meet the driver to make sure we got where we had to go. Now that is service above and beyond the call of duty.
