I received a lot of useful information during my stay, as well as an excellent organization of excursions with excellent guides with a high command of the English language. I must also mention the care they gave me when I caught a cold, so I would like to thank you again, it meant a lot to me considering that I started the trip alone. All praise for efficiency.

In first, the staff was nicely and pleasant as never in any hotel I’ve been. A special thank you to Jessica & Chen for all the special treatment and to everybody else that help us on any petition or question we had (including the guys of the restaurant). The room and the hotel in general terms was so clean, and the room with a powerful and cold air conditioning. Amazing location on the city center. Good breakfast.

Best location , best staff. I got an upgrade to a suite room and really loved it. The room is nice and clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was delicious too with many options ! All the staff is genuinely kind and attentive. Highly recommend! I will definitely go back.

Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast was ok not excellent. Location is great. Personnel was corteous and very nice. They took care ofnour luggages while we were away on a tour before checking in, and before being back to the hotel after Halong Bay cruise.
