The shared spaces, such as passages, breakfast room and bar area were impeccable. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms due to a noise and an issue with our bathroom. Some of the staff were not accommodating, and instead of providing solutions they gave excuses.

Location ideal not to far from Christmas markets or other activities to do, but far enough it was quite. Host was lovely, attentive and provided us loads of resources. Room was clean and comfortable. Our neighbours in the hotel where a little loud but nothing that required any intervention and was nothing to do with the host or facilities

Excellent location, charming hotel, fantastic and very friendly service, wonderful room and exceptional breakfast :) Thank you
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Lovely child friendly clean hotel. Good size family room with expected facilities including tea tray. Breakfast was exceptional. Great location to walk through Minnewater and straight into the city centre.
We had the family suite - perfect for families traveling with kids/teenagers.
The host Sofia is a delight - so friendly, considerate, knowledgable.
The breakfast incl. the breakfast area were judt amazing.
Super location … a few steps from the iconic historic sites.
The library with its honesty bar is a gem.
The in room amenities/drinks.
Great location, friendly and understanding staff, very nicely designed Apartment and closely located to the center. Kitchen with all appliances was a big plus.
All places of interest are within walking distance, so are restaurants and touristic highlights.
We travelled with two small kids, crib and highchair were available and Apartment B was just perfect for a short trip for a family of four.
We can only reccommend and would return anytime.
Calm, beautiful neighborhood with hedges. Private entrance on side of house. Helpful and friendly host provided transportation and restaurant advice. Kid friendly by providing cot, high chair, and kid's plates/suction bowl/silverware. Blackout shutters were great for helping us sleep in. 5 min walk from bus stop.
Thomas at reception made our checkin so pleasant. We arrived tired with 4 kids and 100 bags and honestly he was welcoming and funny! Rooms were great, family room fantastic, the small room still had enough space for 1 suitcase. Breakfast - we only went 1 morning but the variety was excellent. It’s expensive x 6 - but everything is! Bar and lounge is lovely - rooms tidy and comfortable. Pool - always a winner with kids after travelling all day! Walking to centre was very very easy. So many restaurants and fun things to do in Bruges.
The location is fantastic, especially for a first time visit to Brugge. We really enjoyed the room, as a family of 3 travelling with a teenager can be tricky trying to get the right amount of space etc. We chose a suite option for the night in Hotel Pontinari and is was brilliant, so were the staff at reception that had the most beautiful scent to it, a funny this to remember but it made arriving at the hotel really unique. So, for me, I would go back to hotel Pontinari any time and enjoy Brugge.
The apartment is very family friendly, there are toys for the kids, they gave us a cot and little bathtub for the baby. It is close to the centre of the city. Easy to find it and to access.
The owner is also really friendly and helpful.
Free street parking outside, made it easy to travel by car. This accommodation is very family friendly; kids bedroom attached but you still have a little space from them, tv and dvds, kids toys galore, plastic cups and a high chair. Perfect place for a city break as a family.
Fabulous location. Very spacious for a family of four.loved having the children’s’ bedroom upstairs. Baby gate, high chair and cot provided for no extra fee. Easy WhatsApp communication with host. Super clean, comfortable. Honesty fridge a very nice touch. Huge balcony. Would love to return!
