The hotel is fantastic, the design and decor. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The spa is well appointed and has good facilities. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and could not be better.

This is the second time I've stayed here on business and the second time I've left a happy customer. It is a very clean guest house, the sheets were spotless. The location is very central, the Wi-Fi is great and allows you to do your work without a problem, and the room I was in had a smart TV with streaming services and paid-for sports channels, which was great for a Real Madrid fan such as myself. Last, but not least, the breakfast is very satisfactory.

    The hotel is beautiful inside and out, very clean, it has a lot of very valuable amenities like - you can choose another pillow in case the one you have is not to your liking, you can ask for a charger in case you’ve forgotten yours. They had also prepared a cot with a little toy for our kid and had given us a children’s cosmetic kit which was very nice. The breakfast was also delicious and there was a lot to choose from :)

    The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

    The hotel is perfect for family vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the swimming pools were warm and clean, there were a lot of attractions for children, and the SPA zone was very nice. We had breakfast and dinner, which were buffet, everything was fresh and delicious, also there were different options every day. Friendly staff.

    Everything was great, a very good hotel! The breakfast was good. Clean and spatious rooms. The staff is very friendly. They pay attention to the details - for example, we were a couple with a child, they gave us a set for the kid (towels and cosmetics), and a gift for the child - a teddy bear toy. :)

    We spent one night on our way to the Black Sea and it was great! The two bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious; the restaurant downstairs had a decent selection and the food was tasty; and the à-lá-carte breakfast was nicely done. Definitely a place to relax on a weekend and enjoy the stables and the beautiful horses at the property. For families with small children, this is the place to be!

    The host was great -. she answered almost immidiately all the questions we had. The place is great for a family with small kids. There is a great playground in an inclosed yard, with a lot of very cheerful neighbourhood children. Otherwise the complex itself is very quite and surrounded by grocery shops, restaurants, playgrounds and a shopping mall. The apartment is also well equipt to prepare food and to relax. All in all, we will book againg the apartment when we come to Bulgaria next time.

    Very convenient and comfortable hotel. Nice view from the top floor :) We travelled with two small children, and the hotel was able to provide two cribs for us. Very helpful staff, always ready to help. Spacious parking, much needed, since Plovdiv is best visited on foot. A 5min walk to the main pedestrian street and to the closest mall.
